Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a $30 rebooking fee.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for services lasting 50 minutes or longer; however, services will still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late.
No-shows will be required to pay a $30 rebooking fee and a $30 deposit for all future bookings. Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance also require a $30 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled late.
